Our Preseason Prep will consist of fitness and skill preparation to get sharp for the start of the season.
2 Sessions a Week for 4 Weeks
July 8 - July 31
Speed, Agility, and Quickness
Strength & Resistance - Plyometrics, Body Weight, and Resisted Sprints
Aerobic Fitness - Long Distance, Steady State
Anaerobic Fitness - Short Distance, Sprinting & Recovery
Technical Instruction - Ball Striking, Receiving, Finishing, Ball Mastery
*Nike Sparq Yo-Yo will serve as our baseline - July 8 & July 31 Testing Dates
