Our Preseason Prep will consist of fitness and skill preparation to get sharp for the start of the season.

2 Sessions a Week for 4 Weeks

Dates: July 8 - July 31

Time: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Location: High Point Athletic Complex

  • Speed, Agility, and Quickness

  • Strength & Resistance - Plyometrics, Body Weight, and Resisted Sprints

  • Aerobic Fitness - Long Distance, Steady State

  • Anaerobic Fitness - Short Distance, Sprinting & Recovery

  • Technical Instruction - Ball Striking, Receiving, Finishing, Ball Mastery

*Nike Sparq Yo-Yo will serve as our baseline - July 8 & July 31 Testing Dates
